At BookNowTicket, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for ticket bookings on our platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for bookings made directly through BookNowTicket.com.
• Requests must be submitted within the time frame defined under each policy type below.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund (minus any processing fees).
• Less than 24 hours: Partial refund may apply based on the carrier policy.
• No-shows: No refund unless exceptional, documented reasons.

3. Cancellation by Carrier or BookNowTicket

• Full refund to the original payment method.
• Option to rebook or receive travel credit.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

Contact support within 7 days for duplicate charges. Refunds issued within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Request Process

1. Email support@booknowticket.com or call (888) 550-2395.
2. Provide name, booking reference, and reason.
3. We respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

• Booking/service fees unless error was ours.
• No refund for third-party interruptions.
