1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for bookings made directly through BookNowTicket.com.
- Requests must be submitted within the time frame defined under each policy type below.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
- More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund (minus any processing fees).
- Less than 24 hours: Partial refund may apply based on the carrier policy.
- No-shows: No refund unless exceptional, documented reasons.
3. Cancellation by Carrier or BookNowTicket
- Full refund to the original payment method.
- Option to rebook or receive travel credit.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Contact support within 7 days for duplicate charges. Refunds issued within 7-10 business days.
5. Refund Request Process

- Provide name, booking reference, and reason.
- We respond within 3รขโฌโ5 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7รขโฌโ10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
- Booking/service fees unless error was ours.
- No refund for third-party interruptions.
